Champions of Change
A highly interactive program provides specific activities and reflections to enable participants to identify leadership growth areas, see authentic female leadership through a new lens and enhance their leadership contributions within their personal and professional life. Participants are encouraged to bring real life situations into the conversation and use the ATHENA Leadership Model® to create fresh perspectives for success. Participants also receive 2.5 hours of personalized one-on-one coaching that focuses on uncovering internal motivators prior to the commencement of the workshop and provides accountability and implementation support after we’re done.
The program is customized to suit the specific need of the group participants. For corporations, consideration is given to the leadership level, work schedule and location of the participants. What you will see because of this program is:
- The ability to strengthen collaborative relationships with key stakeholders;
- Leadership principle tools to build a culture of engagement
- Self-resilience to influence others and execute outcomes.
Showing up as a true leader starts with self-awareness. Female leaders know their values and life purpose. It is from this place where we can stand strong for our convictions and make the greatest impact on others.
In this 4-hour virtual one-on-one coaching package, you’ll have the opportunity to deepen your awareness of the values that drive your inner strength; start exploring your life purpose and take control of your inner critic voice, so you can show up more confident and powerful as a leader.

The ATHENA Emerging Leaders Champions of Change Program is an established ATHENA International program to help organizations and groups build the leadership capacity of women using the ATHENA Leadership Model®.
