ATHENA Emerging Leaders
Champions of Change Program
The ATHENA Emerging Leaders Champions of Change Program is an established ATHENA International program to help organizations and groups build the leadership capacity of women using the ATHENA Leadership Model®.
The ATHENA Leadership Model® was developed through solid research and recognizes the holistic attributes of leadership. These attributes are identified as 8 principles: Live Authentically; Learn Constantly, Build Relationships; Foster Collaboration; Advocate Fiercely; Act Courageously; Give Back and Celebrate.
A highly interactive program provides specific activities and reflections to enable participants to identify leadership growth areas, see authentic female leadership through a new lens and enhance their leadership contributions within their personal and professional life. Participants are encouraged to bring real life situations into the conversation and use the ATHENA Leadership Model® to create fresh perspectives for success.
The program is customizable to suit the specific need of the group participants. Consideration is given to the leadership level, work schedule and location of the participants. What you will see because of this program is:
